Elizabeth Laredo works from inside the Economic Opportunities Area on a two-fold strategy: on the one-hand designing and implementing a strategy for the self-sustainability of the project, and on the other, on fostering economic opportunities for VIVE alumni.
Before working for the VIVE Project, Elizabeth was Programs Assistant at The Aspen Institute Mexico, where she first became acquainted with empowerment and female entrepreneurship. She has worked as an English teacher and consultant for developing educational programs. Elizabeth has also been the translator for the Finnish tech company, Bittium, in Mexico.
Elizabeth Laredo holds a B.A. in International Affairs by the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Ciudad de México.
