Political Scientist of the Politécnico Grancolombiano University of Bogotá, Colombia. Oriented to research methodologies in social sciences and the study of public policies. She has served primarily as a Social Project Assistant, such as ‘’Laboratories of Peace'' in collaboration with the High Counseling for Victims' Rights, Peace and Reconciliation of Bogotá.
Maria Camila did the internships at The Trust for the Americas, developing technical support in developing proposals for possible partnerships and assistance with the Information Systems and administrative support in the projects. She served as Assistance Manager in the Comprehensive Victim Care and Repair Unit and since January 2021 works as a Regional Assistant in Colombia for POETA DigiSpark projects and Enhancing Innovative Entrepreneurship in Puerto Rico, and Dominican Republic.
