She has led and implemented high-impact projects at both national and international levels and, throughout the years, has built strategic partnerships with civil society organizations, companies, governments, and multilateral agencies. A native of Brazil, fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, she has extensive experience working in multicultural environments.

She is a specialist in project management and social business development, with a degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Innovation and Sustainability Projects, and additional specializations in People Management and Strategic Planning. Her expertise also includes areas such as resource mobilization, institutional communication, governance, impact evaluation, and education and learning. Currently, she plays a strategic role in expanding The Trust for the Americas’ initiatives in Brazil. She leads efforts focused on digital inclusion, equity, and economic opportunity, with an emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and social inclusion. Her work strengthens local and regional capacities through the creation of strategic partnerships and the implementation of innovative solutions that empower communities and foster sustainable development.

Fátima is driven by the belief that social transformation is achieved through collaboration between people and institutions united by a common purpose — and she believes that education, technology, and innovation are essential tools for building a more just, inclusive, and sustainable future.
