Skills for Sustainability (S4S) Jale por el Agua
Is a binational project that trains underserved populations in digital, technical, and life skills, focusing on the water and wastewater management sector along the Mexico–United States border. NADBank, Microsoft, the EPA, and WaterHouse Group funded the initiative to connect individuals with employment opportunities in sector companies, enhancing water services and promoting sustainable development in the region.

Success stories
Rafael Vizcaíno Perales (28) participated in the "Jale por el Agua" project in Ciudad Juárez, where he gained plumbing and water purification skills. Thanks to his dedication, he secured a job at Water House, which allowed him to apply his new knowledge and access opportunities for professional growth. His story is an inspiring example of how training can open doors to a promising future.
