Promoting freedom of expression and access to information in the Americas is critical for combating corruption and promoting healthy democracies. For almost a decade the Trust has been working with civil society organizations, universities and media outlets to promote reform in legislation across the hemisphere on issues related to access to information, freedom of expression and ethics in journalism.
